This is really upsetting , this Husband and wife did nothing wrong, they have a right to raise their children I seen were they took both children ..it's so wrong, she went to get help because her milk supply wasn't their yet and she went to the doctor to get help and they kept her baby , so instead of helping the situation ,this so called professionals took their children , It's not right , I Pay this loving and caring Husband and wife get their children back ..because this is unjustice and not morally right, I seen this on u tube and it looked like nobody cared or put their self in the couples shoes ..this is really sad to see, To the Mercado's family I am Praying that you get both your children back! 8. It happens more often than we know because of anonymity. DCF is the scariest organization because just one or two investigators could determine whether you have a record for the rest of your life. There doesn't have to be a lot of evidence like criminal court.

22. The actions of the county and the social workers in this case is atrocious. I’ve been following their story and we’d all be lucky to have these two people as parents. 26. I do wonder what was wrong with this poor baby. He was apparently in the hospital two weeks before CPS kicked the parents out. He must have been severely under nourished. With that being said, I can't understand why they are withholding the child still unless they have some major evidence against them. But if that was the case, wouldn't they be arrested for abuse? Like ultimately I think this baby had a health problem and the system took advantage of it to remove this baby. It is so messed up.
