    I was in ice water and It felt like I had the wind knocked out of me ! My arms felt like they had hundred pound weights on them .
    Of course I jumped in the middle of the river like a idiot but I was young and pretty much forced to jump . I just remembered trying to talk & all I could manage to say was "I I I" then I realized I was going die if I didn't swim . The other guys are asking me how bad it was and I told them it wasn't that bad 😁
