More wasting of taxpayers dollars. Districts are, and have been, strictly based on population, designed to ensure each one has the same number of voters, that is the only fair way to do it. As the population within particular areas change the districts must also change. The changes are not based on political Party, ethnicity, religious, social or economic status; but since populations tend to congregate by these factors it is coincidental to districting. Good grief, so many people have no clue what is really going on.
