This is the law,,,,,, because the suspect chose to fight officers for control of the vehicle, thus putting there lives in jeopardy and other civilian lives in danger and could have easily lost there own life in the fight for control of the vehicle, she was FULLY Justified in pulling her gun and shooting him,,, Period !!!! that was established in the trial. the fact she thought she had pulled her taser was neither here nor there,,,, the ACT of pulling her gun and shooting him was justified due to the suspects decision to fight for his own weapon,,,, the car. She performed and her actions reflect her training,,, no matter what weapon she thought she pulled,,, she was justified in pulling either or. Thats the law.
