An SUV plowed into a crowd of people, killing five and injuring dozens, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The suspect, 39-year-old Darrell Brooks, is in custody and facing homicide charges, authorities said.

I have always held that the punishment should fit the crime, and it's high time it be initiated. By whatever means the perpetrator uses to cause their crime, so shall it be done to them: end of story. My bet would be that even the crazies, would back it off.
