1. If that was a black kid, the judge would have put him under the jail and would have charged him as an adult. This is just sick. I hate the justice system in America. Racism and unfair justice system on all levels.

6. They forgot to include something:
   Originally, the judge allowed Belter 2 years probation because he was a minor when he committed the crime in exchange for not having to register as a Sex Offender. Now he was a minor when it happened and teens don’t have the same judgement or perspective as adults so I think it’s okay that they offered this. So Belter took this deal. When you are on probation, you have rules to follow, one of them for things like sex crimes is that you can’t view pornography. Belter knew that when accepting the deal. However, Belter broke the deal after he was caught viewing pornography. Usually if you break a probation for a sex crime, you have to register as an SO and you have to serve prison or jail time, but even then Belter did not need to serve jail time. Something that does astound me though is that he didn’t even serve time in county jail, like that was not even in his plea bargain, a prime example of how money and privilidge means immunity to the law

18. Let's see: Is this judge involved in any way or would he have given the same sentence if his children were involved??????? If judges would put themselves in the victim's frame of mind, the sentences would often be quite different.

31. Absolutely sickening! A white male can assault MULTIPLE women, admit to the crime, and the judge can feel "sorry" and give him probation. Meanwhile, there are thousands of black men in prison who have been accused of assault, with no DNA evidence, in jail with life sentences. There's an innocent black man on the news getting released damn near every week who did 20, 30 or 40 years for crimes they didn't commit. And people have the nerve to say privilege doesn't exist in this country.

36. This judge prayed for this disgusting rapist. At the end he is giving a high five getting away. This judge should be fired. That is not punishment. This victims are scar for life now.

    Edited: the judge is retiring this is one of the last cases he will ever hear. We cant remove him but we canand he needs to be called out at church he needs to be called out at lunch he needs to be called out when he's on walks with his grandchildren.

48. We have a CORRUPT legal system, we have NO justice system. This judge is a CONSERVATIVE, a strong CONSERVATIVE and they don't see women as having rights. I was raised in the South by conservative parents and relatives and I learned young about their anti-anything that is not WHITE and MALE. Even now my conservative relatives don't like me.
