  1. The governor is racist, the jury and judge were racists heck even the family of the guy who was murder is racist especially the sister! How the F are you going to say it was definitely him when you didn’t see the face of the person who did it you stupid racist B 🤬

  2. Do the research. I thought he was innocent. As sad as it is, I now believe this man is guilty. Watch the podcast “Fact and Suspicion.” I feel bad for his family, but even worse for Paul Howell’s. He is the real victim here.

  3. So how did Emmanuel Littlejohn know in 2002 before Julius' trial that Chris Jordan would get out in 15yrs? But his credibility is questioned? Make it make sense. Julius was basically convicted on he say, she say and with the help of his public pretender, David McKenzie, NOT presenting a case to defend him, he was convicted.

  4. Julius will continue to fight for his freedom and exoneration and he will file attempted murder charges against the state for their corruption.

  5. Of course I always innocent even at the sake of someone else’s misery and agony Julius Jones you will one day account to God for your murderous actions. And for all the white liberals and black liberals who are being dissuaded by the liberal press always thinking yourself as victims. Rather than taking responsibility! Until then there will always be the strife

  6. This is one of the reasons YouTube removed dislikes on videos, huh?
Guilty af! Obvious for anyone that actually paid attention.
Funny how the privilege is not what they say in the media in the US.

  7. No one in my community calls it a stalking cap.. that's a forced or rigged statement. Seriously
And before someone says it's not I'm from the east side of Oklahoma City and nobody calls it a stocking cap that's black so details matter. I'm a victim of a violent crime I was stabbed 10 times and beaten for 9 years my husband ex-husband was guilty and only spent six years in prison I forgive him I didn't want him to die or receive the death penalty because that changes nothing what the Howell family needs is some type of peace and it's not going to come because another dies.
In this country we are kill or be killed… Something so wrong w that.
I buried a son so I do understand loosing a child
    I buried my father
    My mom and brother
Non of it is easy the feeling stings now as it did that day… But if we believe in God who we say is "just" allow him to take Life, HE can do far more than we can w HIS own vengeance.

  8. I hate the lying and denial of evidence that proves beyond a reasonable doubt Julius Jones' guilt. You tell any crowd blatant lies they'll take up any stupid cause. I really wish the general public was more careful in informing themselves fully on cases before pleading the cause of a murderer who is just afraid of facing the consequences for his actions.

  9. Healthy to be Executed Means:
"This is because we have a principle in our law that punishment can only be inflicted upon someone who possesses understanding of what is going on. Basically, it is considered cruel to do something to someone who cannot understand what the something is and why it is being done. It's the same reason we have a concept of "Guilty, but mentally ill", which results in the inmate being convicted to a mental institution rather than prison (more or less, it's way more complex than that)."

  10. In a nearly identical scenario to Gage Grosskreutz and Kyle Rittenhouse Ahmaud Arberry ran up on Travis McMichael who was forced to aim his gun at this obvious threat and that justifiable action stopped the threat momentarily until the attacker gained confidence because the defender did not open fire and resumed his aggressive action forcing the defender to use deadly force!!!

As you can clearly see from the final moments of the video the car following Arberry is nearly a football field away and the wide-open ranchette neighborhood structure without walls or fences offers dozens and dozens of places to evade a vehicle

Any innocent jogger being followed by men he was afraid of would simply run behind a house to gain cover and concealment

This was a panicked Criminal who was creeping in a neighborhood on probation while trespassing in a home that had a clear crime problem

Kyle Rittenhouse was forced to defend himself from a man that ran up to his stationary position with an aggressive posture and just like Kyle Rittenhouse Travis McMichael readied his weapon to protect himself from the clear and present danger that just closef the distance on his person

by taking aim and not discharging the weapon they bought themselves a momentary reprieve from violence until the criminal had a moment to coalesce their thoughts and switch to attack mode because they we're confident the defender didn't have the balls to shoot them

A simple case of men standing their ground and defending themselves from someone who closed the distance on them with a clear hostile intention

Interpreting the law in any other way puts the advantage on the criminal action of attacking someone who is simply standing their ground or in-flight and only forced to take an aggressive posture because of the aggressive criminal aggression!

The precedent this type of decision would set would create a Cascade of Chaos in our nation's court system and only result in the criminal actor being in an advantageous position in the eyes of the law because a Good Samaritan protecting themselves from assault by aiming their weapon and not discharging it would simply be viewed as a provocation for which violence would be legal reaction
