Prosecutor argues defendants charged with Arbery death can’t claim self-defense

Prosecutor Linda Dunikoski asked the jury to reject Travis McMichael’s testimony that he shot Ahmaud Arbery in self-defense after he tried to take his shotgun: “If you are the initial unjustified aggressor, you don’t get to claim self-defense.”

  2. I think she just gave these three people an out, Correct but what are the other laws in the state that allow these men to initiate contact. I watch the entire court case before making any assumption if I do because I’m not a lawyer or defense attorney or judge now here comes the heat good thing I am Mexican since it’s going to get hot in the reply’s
