    Joe Biden, this letter has to do with helping low-income people receiving the SNAP food stamp program. Back in 2014, I came up with an invention called the Can & Bottle Drive Fund. However, it did not happen. this drive fund could be run through State or Government control. I live in Oregon and the refund on bottles & can is 10.Cents. Stores that have deposit machines for refunds could handle this operation to the SNAP program. The machines could be modified with a button that records the deposit that a person wants to donate. The donated funds would then be sent to the SNAP program and a percentage of those funds would be distributed on a permanent Debit Card through the SNAP program. Some of the funding would go to machinery, processing, and workers. The remainder of the funds would be the percentage left over for low-income people that are on the SNAP program system. This would be a great endeavor that would help many low-income people. Some restrictions would apply as to the use of funds such as Alcohol, Tobacco, and anything that would be restricted. They would not be able to withdraw money with the card! I don't care about any credit for this invention, I only want to help people like myself that are low income.
