The defense needs to ask for Motion for a Judgment of Acquittal instead of using the jury the judge listened to all the evidence and unconstitutional Acts that were used during this trial. All the state prosecutors need to be disbarred

You don't have to be a lawyer to know that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self defense because the videos show this clearly. To take this case to trial was a total waste of taxpayer money and the abuse of a 17-year-old boy for political reasons. Here's hoping Rittenhouse sues Kenosha County AND President Biden, who called Rittenhouse a white supremacist with absolutely no evidence to indicate that.

Did we watch the same trial? The prosecutor was horrible. Rittenhouse if prosecutor doesn’t come up with something walks free. He knows he is losing so he pushes for mistrial by constantly doing things he was told and should know is not allowed. His own witnesses confirm Rittenhouse acted in self defence.
Moral of the story: Don't show up to a protest, especially a BLM protest, with a rifle if you are not a cop. You don't see cops being bum rushed. You see a dude WHO IS NOT A COP, running around with a rifle at a protest. How would you react if you saw that?
Rittenhouse is Not Guilty of Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 . Here's why :
948.60 Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
(2)
(a) Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(3)
(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s.941.28
Now let's look at Section 941.28 :
941.28 Possession of short-barreled shotgun or short-barreled rifle.
(1) In this section:
(a) “Rifle" means a firearm designed or redesigned, made or remade, and intended to be fired from the shoulder or hip and designed or redesigned and made or remade to use the energy of a propellant in a metallic cartridge to fire through a rifled barrel a single projectile for each pull of the trigger.
(b) “Short-barreled rifle" means a rifle having one or more barrels having a length of less than 16 inches measured from closed breech or bolt face to muzzle or a rifle having an overall length of less than 26 inches.
Rittenhouse's gun is a Smith and Wesson M&P15 – length is 32" with collapsed stock and 35" extended. This does Not fit the "Short Barrel " Statute.
Rittenhouse is NOT GUILTY of Possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor .

It's going to set a bad precedent if trigger happy gun owners deliberately go into areas or neighborhoods with high crime rates, start shooting people and then play the self-defense card.
