Leftists want to misconstrue this and turn it into some sort of Human rights violation in order to stoke hostilities. He was shot for his assault, not his trespass. His jogging was not suspicious, it was his consistent unwelcome probing of others property. Finally, the home owner didn't install cameras in his construction site because he wanted to watch paint dry. It's highly likely the owner asked his neighbors to be vigilant.
