  1. What needs to happen is the credit reporting system to be changed. Credit scores just keep poor people poor and having to rent not buy. Poor can pay crazy amount in rent but not allowed to pay less than half that amount in house payments. When joining a credit report raises your credit score by 20 pts, how is it anything but a sham! Housing crash allowed houses to be bought up cheap to price gouge the poor.

  2. This just goes to show you that they have won. They divided and conquered the poor people. Most of the people in here on these comments are saying very angry things about people who are unemployed and most of the people commenting are a missed paycheck or medical expense away from being one of the very people they are angry at in this post. Everyone in here is speaking on millions of people who they know nothing about. Everyone is voicing their anger about people who have lost their jobs because the government told us to stay home. The world isn't getting any better it's getting worse. Do we have some bad actors of course I'm not naive but let's just not make it seem like everyone who asks for assistance is a lazy bum freeloader.. this is a sad world

  3. No one should own more than one house, in my opinion, houses should not be
used as investment, houses should be built by the government for people to occupy
and pay over time, no one should be homeless

  4. Do not understand why the landlords have to take all the pain and loss. Most of those not paying the rent are taking advantages of covid-19, government officials just close their eyes to believe them. In fact they know they are lying.

  5. I am retired and have one rental property the tenant of which has not paid anything in over a year while continuing to work, enjoying rent free living. So, I am out over $10,000 and the peace-keepers are not going to assist in an eviction at least until the current mandate is over. During this period, I've paid thousands in taxes and insurance on the property. Can't sell the property with a squatting tenant. I'm all for relieving people who have real problems – I have a real problem with how one sided this situation is.

  6. I have a tenant that owes six months rent. The tenant moved out in July and is using the place to store her clothes and junk. There are no beds or couches for her to even sleep on. So far the tenant refuses to move her stuff out and turn over the apartment. This August 8th. And the moratorium was just extended another 60 days.

  7. Good ridens!!! You have a bunch freeloaders killing the economy preferring to collect a check sitting at home playing video games and watching Netflix. There are plenty of jobs, the milk cow dried up!!!

  8. Been unemployed since feb 2020, 400 resumes later, 2 interviews. No hire.
What jobs are you talking about?
20 years in IT. Pmp, sql, applications, networking, security, virtualization.
Still no job….wtf is going on?????

  9. Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. Repent and ask for forgivenss. God wants to forgive us. God is endless in mercy and love. Please read John 3:16.

  10. It’s always punish the responsible people, The government has given people enough to pay the rent but no don’t do the reasonable thing go to Vegas buy a TV anything but what you should do.

  11. We must support our, in this case former military, running as a conservative Republican, all over the country! Our border is under siege! Unchecked uncontrolled spending is going wild in Washington! Please help!
    Kistner for Congress
    Fellow American,

When I think back on the past tumultuous year, I remember how:

    Our city burned.

Our families were scared, even in their own homes.

Violent crime surged across our communities.

When our country needed real leadership, we were failed.

So, when my second child was born and I looked into his big curious eyes, I knew I had to run for Congress because our families deserve so much better than a state ran by radical liberals who want to defund our police, open our borders, and destroy the foundation our country was built on.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Tyler Kistner. A proud father of two, husband, and Marine Raider Veteran. I would do anything for my children, my family, and my country.

    My 'why'

But right now, our nation is experiencing the early stages of tyranny. We are facing an oppressive government who wants to strip us of our rights, ruin our economy, and rob our children of their future – their birthrights as Americans.

My children deserve a shot at the America dream, and so do yours. But the path we are on right now, is horrifying.

I served nine years in the U.S. Marine Corps, for five of those years I served in the elite Marine Special Operation Forces – the Marine Raiders. I took an oath to defend our Constitution, and my oath to this country will never expire. I want to fix the broken system in Washington, so we have a country we are proud to leave for our next generation and that’s what I plan to do in Congress.

When I ran last year, we had one of the closest races in the country. I fell short by less than 10,000 votes. But this year, all eyes are on this seat. It’s one of the top races in the country because Republicans only need to net FIVE seats to regain our majority and take the country back from the intolerant and radical Left.

I’m running for Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd district because the current 'leaders' have sold out our children’s future to the radicals who wish to destroy the American dream. I will not sit idly by as radical tyrants wreck our country. Together, we can restore and preserve the country we love. Will you join me?

    Let’s take our country back.

    In Service,
    Tyler Kistner

  12. This looser has a job and is being sued by her landlord for not paying her rent. That is the kind of person she is and the kind of people she represents. Yay you! Communism is here. Pretty soon you will get your allotment of food, too. It might not be what you like, but you won't be able to say anything, because you gave up your rights, you fools!

  13. They just don't want the lower end jobs they don't want to work at fast food joints and restaurants or Walmarts or any home goods area these people want to be lazy they have the opportunity to make money but they failed it now these people are going to have to learn and now they got to have to explain this to there kids why they can't live in their home no more

  14. I was homeless because I got laid off in the 2008 Great Recession so rather than get evicted or build up debt, since I knew I couldn't pay anymore I chose to move on my own will and let someone who could pay stay.
