  1. Is Truck Driver Aguilar-Mederos being condemned to a time in prison, no matter how much time, as a sacrifice for the mourning families? Or should he be set free for his innocents by truth and justice which out weighs in evidence which shows that it wasn’t his fault?

I believe Mederos, is not the culprit. No matter how you want to make it pleasing to the mourning families, the mourning families need to see the past evidence of the many violations the said trucking company had, along with the many complaints prior to Aguilar-Mederos’ incident. Sure, families want blood these days, but they have to be given the facts, the cold hard facts. They could be putting an innocent man under an innocent mans poor personal treatment by an unjustly operated American judicial system.

Can’t you see, even fire from heaven is coming down on the surrounding town to defend his innocence?

I HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION LIKE THE RUN-AWAY TRUCK, MY CAR RAN OUT OF CONTROL, AT HIGH SPEED ON THE HIGHWAY – I owned an old car, from a very dependable and reputable car company. It ran out of control on I-75 Sarasota Florida back in the mid-2000, and for a matter of a few minutes I couldn't stop it, the car even accelerated on its own, as if possessed. After trying everything I could to save my life the car regained its normal mechanical composure and came under my control again. — I took it to a local corner town mechanic, and just by my description of what happened he found that it wasn't the breaks after checking the break system, even though they didn't work at the time of the high speed incident. The fault was in the air breathing / airflow components, he said, in an accessible top part of the engine. The mechanic showed me a visible flap on the engine when he removed a rubber pipe which is also connected to the removable air filter casing. The mechanic said, “Here’s the problem” — He gets an air hose, connects an air sprayer-nozzle to it and blows black carbon dust build up from everything clogged by it. Then the mechanic sprays fuel injector cleaner in and around the opening of the engine cleaning the valve until it was silver again. Then spray cleans the common air-filter with pressured air. “It should be good now.” he says. He took the car for a ride, probably to blow out extra build up and to see how it ran. The mechanic said that this happens to old cars and neglected engines. It ran well and smooth as always after that.

This innocent incident happened to me, do you believe me?

Or do you want to arrest me posthumously for speeding erratically though I-75 for a past speeding incident? – 01/02/2022 – John R Borges III of Bradenton Florida.

Take me as you wish. …… ………………

  2. It wasn't his fault the truck had bad breaks.. he tried to stop and the truck wouldn't stop . The guy doesn't deserve this. would of gave the guy at least couple months like 4 months for something accidental so he can think about what happened and what he did. I believe he's a good guy and he never meant to kill anyone .

  3. As a truck driver, I am outraged. This was a tragic accident. As a driver who came close to losing my breaks on Monteagle in Tennessee, I know what he went through. Its easy to say hit the escape ramp, but not easy to do. I was able to stop and ill bet money he thought he could too. Yes he and his company should be civilly liable. But he wasn't drunk and wasn't speeding.110 years? Unbelievable.

  4. Let them freak truck drivers be warned for once. He been warned and didn't listen. Bet he's run a lot of people off to their firey deaths already.

  5. But eathan couch got 10 years of probation after killing 4 people because he was playing chicken and the reason was “ affluenza” which is being to rich to understand that consequences. And he literally hit them while they were outside and threw the people like 100ft all their bones were broken. Our justice system is so messed up and it’s so sad how people get different charges and years because they have money, this is extremly sad story

  6. Ethan Couch, a RICH sixteen-year-old teen in Texas, got drunk, over 3 times the legal limit for an adult.
He was speeding in his truck, with two other teens in the bed of his truck. The two teens were thrown from the truck bed and suffered severe injuries with one having a severe head injury. His crash killed four people…and ruined the lives of two teens…he got PROBATION.
His defense was 'affluenza', meaning he was so rich and spoiled, he had no understanding of boundaries.
Luckily, he violated his probation, after a video from a party showed him drinking and smoking pot. After the video became public, he and his mother fled to Mexico, and after they were found, he got a two-year sentence.

Texas is supposed to be a 'tough on crime' state, so the sentence of probation, with a ridiculous defense, was shocking, to say the least.
So, compared to THIS case, you have to be rich and white to get out of jail.
There was a live video feed from a driver behind him, showing Rogel's truck swerving, and out of control, with brake fluid spilling out of his truck.
(If you want to watch the video, search Rogel's name, but be prepared, there are hundreds of articles regarding his case)
If Rogel gets his sentence reduced, it will be between 20-30 years in prison.
The guy that owned the trucking company, had another trucking company named Volt Trucking (I think)
He dissolved the company Rogel was working.
That trucking company had an LLC, so the owner doesn't have ANY personal liability, and because the company was dissolved, nobody can sue the trucking company, or the owner. 🤬

  7. You know what the judge and jury look pass this one question? This road is very dangerous for trucks any way that's why it has a runner way ramp? And do your history their have all ways accidents on this road for truck driver dating all way back to the 70s?That why it has a runner way ramp on this down grade mountain road? This sentence is to punish over the road drivers so they will drive a heavy load on this road?I heard a person he seems like he picked up speed and wasn't slowing down? WELL FOR THAT COCKSUCKER THAT SAID THIS IF YOU HAVE 80,000LB GOING DOWN A MOUNTAIN OR HILLY ROADS THAT HAVE 6 TO 7 DOWN GRADES ON THIS ROADS AND HAVE NO Experience The amount of weight on that truck dictate the speed of have fast that truck goes??So this has all ways been and dangerous road for truck drivers that why its has runner way ramps on it?

  8. There's good guys in prison for making mistakes trust me. & It's okay to reduce his sentence but after 4 lives you have to go sit for a while and do some thinking. I don't get where all the free him comments come from? Guy has to take some responsibility for his actions and so does the company.

It's outrageous the sentencing number he got… yeah, but each state has its own laws. Your not going to jail in Texas for a gun, but will go away for a while in NY for a water gun.

Can't complain, cry, or play the victim when there's something that could of been done differently to avoid the situation that occurred on the drivers and company side which they both acknowledge.

If enough people signing petitions for him to be free then enough people will follow. World full of sheep.

Reduce his sentence but don't let him out that's not a question.

  9. Someone kills a person and gets way less time than this and gets released early on top of the time given
Its time to start getting these judges off the bench they are tired

  10. When your under those type of circumstances, you aren't thinking straight. This is happening in real time, this isn't a movie or a show this is a scared man losing control of a big ass truck.

  11. No brakes ? Should have drove off the road not into cars.
    I've lost my brakes twice
Both been lucky , i drove into a empty parking lot and went round and round till it stopped
The other i went into a curb and rub alone the way till it stop moving. I wouldn't drive into cars or trucks or people.
    110 yrs ? Maybe a few not 110

  12. 🌸Blessings blessings and healing for all involved. Those who have passed on, their families,
those who were injured. Heard reports that some are paralyzed. 🌸
What is not really well known is that in most cases when someone is given a sentence + let's say for 20 years. In most cases – again depending on certain circumstances; the court may put in the order – a person can get out in half of the time -say 10 years – for good behavior. 🌸
☮️ It is quite easy to see that comparatively this sentence is high. According to reports out there – the judge was following the law.
🌲 All the judge can do is follow the law. The judge is bound by the law.
☮️ The court transcripts will show what the bounds of the law are – what was the exact mechanical situation of the brakes, etc. The sentence the defendant was offered originally in the plea bargain was 20 years. ☮️
☮️Hopefully the petition could create a situation with a reduced sentence that is fair to the whole situation – the facts of the case – and all involved from the repercussions. ☮️

  13. Four people burned to death. He was the driver responsible. Didn't take the ditch or the escape ramp. Twenty to thirty years no problem.

  14. They're asking for clemency for this person so he should go free or reduces his sentence to what he killed four people he was negligent he killed four people nobody wants to be responsible for their actions anymore

  15. Tony Weekly Jr killed 5 people with his semi in 2016 and got like 180 days in jail and 2 years probation. And, no, his breaks did not go out either. How do you like that comparison?

  16. That’s exactly what they want. For the truckers to be even more mad and stop driving. To make the COVID shortage even more scarce. This is a set up!!!!!

  17. This is ridiculous this is another liberal judge and liberal prosecutor I've drove Colorado Mountain Roads and they are very treacherous and dangerous not counting if you're driving a heavy rig if your brakes go out going down a mountain Road and you can't make it to the sandtrap all you can do is ride it out and of course he's going to gain speed what do you think's going to happen when you've got momentum pushing you I hope every trucker in this country strikes shut this country down because the next time it could be them

  18. If his brakes weren't working right HIS TRUCK WOULD TELL HIM DUMMIES,he would of known b4 he EVER HIT THE HIGHWAY

  19. His brakes failed because of DRIVER NEGLIGENCE,he has something called an ENGINE BREAK that allows him to NOT have to use his brakes at all,WHAT THE MEDIA ISNT TELLING PEOPLE,(basically because he's not a 45yr old white guy)Is that he has 2 separate sets of brakes,1 for his truck, and another set for the TRAILER,so HE 100% KNEW B4 HE EVEN GOT CLOSE TO THE TRUCK RAMP,that he had lost his brakes, and should of hit the Truck Ramp,So not only did he BURN OUT 2 SETS OF BRAKES BUT HE REFUSED TO HIT THE TRUCK RAMP,out of fear of being fired,WHY?because EVERY DRIVER KNOWS TO USE THE ENGINE BRAKE,(LOW GEAR)WHEN TRAVELING DOWNHILL LOADED
