  2. I submit, That nationwide in the Law Enforcement Community there is a status level for superior acts against citizens. In this case she KNEW she had the gun and Knew she was going to kill him. Knowing she had Qualified Immunity and that Blue Line she would get off and her prize would be the T-shirt and coffee mug signifing. She DID IT AND will probably get away WITH IT. All the Crocodile tears and fake crying and all the emotional this and that would work in her favor with the DUMBED DOWN JURY.

    All cops are in pursuit and compitition of the all important status of the T-shirt and coffee mug just waiting for the moment when they can try their luck. It's called Premeditated Murder. All the other cops are in on it and probably wish they pulled the trigger.

  11. I cant believe people are hating on this lady . God has given me his grace and i thought her testimony was very heartfelt. I did not get any negative feelings at all and I seriously and sincerely believed this woman did not intend on killing this young .an .She will be in hell already with the memory. People have really showed there true colors when it comes to this . yes she should be punished and always remember what she did to him and never make this mistake again and she should never be in law enforcement again. but this woman does not deserve incarceration

  14. Judge Regina Chu seems to have a crush on the two defence attorneys and throughout the trial showed blatant bias in their favour. Unfortunately, her obvious bias is dangerous as it can unconsciously provide the Jury with permission to find Kim Potter not guilty.

  16. the video shows it was accidental, including her words right after…. maybe wright should've not fought to run away after being stopped…

    best advice- don't be a criminal, kids, and if you get caught or stopped by police, don't try to run.

  21. She’s stupid as hell! Didn’t even show empathy for the life she took. While I believe she didn’t intend to use her gun, I now believe she was trying to use excessive force by pulling out what she thought was her taser. Coupled with the fact that she pretended she couldn’t shyt about her actions and/or utterances, I have no sympathy for her now. Bye bytch!

  31. I don’t believe Kim Potter her crying did not feel genuine on the stand in my opinion. But the defense has a good case and I feel the prosecution has meet the burden of proof as well. I can see it going both ways. So I can see both outcomes. We will see soon.

  33. The average American does NOT know anything about the law. Manslaughter by definition is a charge because murder occurred but it was not planned, was without forethought or malicious! 🤦‍♀️ Yet, a life was lost. Furthermore, police officers are not prosecutors, judges or juries. So, it’s not alright or okay for her to kill someone just because we believe he may have committed a crime or if he did! The laws and statutes of the United States does NOT include vigilante justice! Even if the decease is African American.
