If this is a world problem, then why not give vaccines to countries that are begging for it. Especially when the borders are not closed. If the virus is constantly mutating then, we will never be out of this pandemic. I understand the US have donated millions of vaccines, but there are still many countries searching for them also. Everyone that wanted one, got one. Leave them alone and offer to those who wants them.
