  1. What??!! He passed?? I'm sososo saddened by the news of his death. His dignity and grace was Unparalleled. They don't make them like him anymore. God bless his soul 🙏 May he rest in eternal peace.

  2. I first saw Sidney Poitier when I was 10 years old.. my sister and I always went to the movies on Saturdays. The main feature was To Sir , with LOVE starring 😂 Sidney Poitier. We were amazed 👏 to see a movie star, that looked like us!! He was a new teacher assigned to students who were unruly, but when it ended, these same students were transformed to… young ladies and respectful young men. We fell in love with Sidney .not only because he was handsome (he really was) but instead, his greatness, dignity, humbleness, intelligence and eloquence. We watched this
    This movie over and over
I have watched every movie Sidney has starred in since then. I still love and always will love MR. SIDNEY POITIER! RIP 🙏🏽 MY HERO AND MY INSPIRATION! MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO HIS LOVING FAMILY!!!

  3. "They call me Mr. Tibbs!"

A Raisin in the Sun. Ham Mercy…rip, to Sir With Love!💕 Black Board Jungle, the Defiant Ones, Guess Who's Coming To Dinner. This is just some. This Man came right when time needed to expel excellence, and Sidney Poitier, exuberanted that excellence!💕😘 Rest Black Prince as Ossie Davis eulogized over Malcolm X funeral once said.
