If your employer requires X and you don’t comply, you get fired. Many employers require other types of tests/vaccines (TB, drug tests, Hep vaccine, etc.).
That said, if your employer pushes back, that’s on them, but you don’t have a right to stay employed if your employer accepts the mandate or requires vaccination.
Who knows how the SCOTUS will rule, but what’s for sure is that it wouldn’t surprise me if private sector employers start firing people for failure to vaccinate. In essence, it poses a risk to the business. This is especially true if many employees are in close contact with each other.

I went to a small New Years gathering where majority of the people were not vaccinated and the only person who tested positive for covid was my friend's vaccinated girlfriend. No one even had mild symptoms
Vaccines are supposed prevent disease. This vaccine does not do that. I was given the smallpox vaccine and it has prevented it. The court needs to take their feelings out of these mandates. If they give the government the rights to mandate vaccines it will be another right taken from us. It will also leave us w/o employees to produce in our country. You better believe the undocumented Democrats will fill those jobs. And why do I have to wear a mask if I have had the virus and I have been vaccinated. Wake up people! It is about taking away our freedoms that our forefathers have given us.
The government should have zero say in what we do with our bodies and health. Nothing. This mandate is so un-American. Biden should be arrested. America is a free country and we have the right to choose. If people want the vaccine great, go get it, but the rest of us should not be forced into something we don’t want. The Supreme Court needs to strike this down and protect our rights. The government is getting too powerful.
Bottom line shove the mandate up your ass. 2nd amendment tells me you can make me get a vacation .good like trying to force me!
