If the hospital/police/fire admin, school admin, and military toward service members at the direction of the government didn't fire their own staff they wouldn't have the problem of being short staffed. If vaccines are so safe and effective what do the vaccinated have to fear from the unvaccinated? Why do vaccine makers need to be indemnified by the US government if vaccines are safe and effective?
