1. As a kid growing up in the 90s, I watched the first 1 1/2 year of WNN until WNEP Ch 16 Scranton was replaced by WMGC Ch 34 Binghamton on our cable in Deposit, NY (Ch 34 signed off at 1am). WNEP will return by New Years Day 1998. My favorite segment was World News Then from the ABC News archives.

   Being the ditch digger that I am and getting to the bottom truth I have come to the conclusion that capitalism is an evil spirit. Maybe under a social democracy it wasn't always like this. Maybe when John F. Kennedy was boss (president) it's meaning was you have rights in your labors to own what you work for. But the times have changed and social media has made its case. From the Wall Street movie it says… Greed is good, greed is right, greed works, greed cuts through clarifies and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Today it is not about owning what you work for today it is about owning nature, both Mother Nature and Human Nature. The Republican Party electing Donald Trump as president should have made it obvious for everyone. A five-time casino who committed fraud at his own university (paying restitution of $25 million) and claiming he could kill someone on the streets of New York City and still be elected president was a punch in the face… Capitalism can only be nurtured under a dictatorship! The genie is out of the bottle and from this time forward I will always consider it as an evil spirit living for a New World order in times that have changed and cannot be reversed. The WTO, the World Bank, Wall Street along with world economic summits may claim it is a blessing that cuts through the bullshit for others (including myself) it is a curse only good for the "powers that be" that want to own and control all the money in the world looking down on humanity from their high-rise apartments on Billionaire's row New York City.
