10. 10:20 people are all smart in their own ways and have their own thinking to choose. If there is a mistrust with doctors and the people there is always an underlying problem that is not just solved with finger pointing the citizens. Because of these citizens are engineers, researchers, scientists, biologists, etc., all others are working to improve life of others and themselves. It could be nothing against the doctors but maybe they wanted a 2nd revision of the vaccine or they work from home and don't interact with people. Or they're young and confident in their abilities to mitigate their own exposure. The problem is the people who are not mitigating their exposure, actually going out to many places without masks, not cleaning their hands often, playing with other people (kids at playgrounds), and have the audacity to not get vaccinated during a pandemic. That's the real problem, where people have no self regulation.
