The Texas House Democratic Caucus said five members tested positive for Covid-19 over the weekend, days after meeting with Vice President Harris and senators at the U.S. Capitol. The caucus says everyone who has tested positive is fully vaccinated. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
