Saw in the news this morning the "supplier" of the bullets mixed live rounds in with the dummy rounds. Now I suppose they're going to use that as an excuse NOT to charge the people responsible for handling and loading the gun then handing it to Alex…as if you're NOT suppose to be able to tell the difference between a live round and a blank dummy round…Maybe the people in Hollywood can't tell the difference and it's NOT important is it. This case should have been solved a long time ago but it takes time when big money is changing hands.
Of course ABC is putting the "pro-Baldwin" spin on this. Seriously…stop covering his B.S.

Lots of people seem to think Alec Baldwin is lying or hiding something. I think Alec Baldwin is a straight shooter…
Alec Baldwin is a highly trained individual in the use of firearms. Alec's father taught GUN SAFETY to Alec and others at the local high school. This means Alec is amoung the top 1% of people with knowledge about proper gun use. Alec is also an Executive producer on the film and had hiring and oversight responsibilities. Alec is aware that everyone in the chain is to check the gun for rounds. Alec is aware you should never point a gun at anyone. Alec is aware that given it was a single action Colt, there is no way the gun discharged unless he cocked and pulled the trigger.
Now given all this, why hasn't this man been arrested? At a minimum given his knowledge base negligence was involved. That's Involuntary manslaughter. We just had a cop in Minn get convicted of Manslaughter despite that facts it was clear she thought she had a taser and a dangerous felon was attempting to flee and put another officer and public in danger. In Alec's case there is no evidence that he had any contributing issues other then his vast number of mistakes

Maybe it is time for contempt of court charges to be filed. Daily fines and jail time until he turns the phone over.
If Alec gets off with no charges on this incident, from here on out if I get in a car accident I am just going to blame it on my car navigation system saying…"well it told me to turn when I did. Its not my fault the accident happened its the car's fault for telling me to turn"
