When Norman thought Norma told him to get in the tub, and, put in head under the water, to recreate a memory in regards to what he did to the teacher. Did anyone notice while he under water and starting having flashback memories of him with his teacher? Notice he had another "flashback," where Norma had something in her hand and hit someone in the head. Her husband was hit in the head by Norman, supposedly. Just saying. The scene is so fast, it would be hard for anyone to miss.
