  1. Damn 50k even if they win the lawyer's will get most of that and there not even the one's who were there when it happened all lawyer's are thieves.

  2. Nobody knew about that tornado until it was too late how can they pin that on a company it's sad people died but let's be honest they were just at work on the job and it was a act of nature ,if that be the case I'd say anytime a job is robbed or something does that mean reason to sue . No it unfortunately happens

  3. So if the manager said yeah go ahead because during a tornado WARNING you leave🙄the family would have sued and the manager not giving permission they sued. If I was a judge I would throw this mess out! So if my boss tells me I can’t leave or I have to come in during winter weather(which they do all the time) folks can sue? This nation is too sue happy!

  4. So because you were at work it’s Amazon’s fault a tornado came thru and destroyed the building and unfortunately people lost their lives. I’ve never seen a tornado proof facility. I can leave my job anytime I want no one is physically there stopping you. Yes if unapproved you will receive points but unless it’s something you do all the time it wouldn’t cost you your job. We just had bad weather and my facility shutdown early and opened late the next day and we were paid. Weather is unpredictable

  5. This country is sue happy. They're seeing because it's a big corporation. This was unavoidable and everyone of us have our phones with weather alerts. If death occured in small businesses they wouldn't sue

  6. Good. Maybe next time they'll think about building a building where a tornado may someday form. They probably should have contacted a psychic. Make sure their crystal ball really is crystal and their tarot cards are real. There's some fakes out there. There's 2 huge amazon buildings in OKC, how long will it be when they will get their tornado. Only a psychic knows. That evil Bezos knew before hand when he chose that site that a tornado was in that building's future. And he knowingly built the building right in it's path. Give me a break.

  7. most of you have never lived in tornado alley and it shows. I have never worked anywhere that lets you go home in storms such as these. Nor have I ever worked anywhere that has storm shelters. Tornadoes come all the time and rarely ever hit anything. this was a freak storm and the likelihood of it hitting any business is super low all things considered. These are not like hurricanes, a twister can remove your neighbors home from the foundation and do nothing to yours.

  8. Amazon will pay it Amazon has alot of money 💰 in how many people a day buy things from them a day including myself these people deserve the justice they want.
