But as for the challenge, if, and I'm not, myself were an I.T. tech, with the frustration I sometimes witness the guys go through at my own place of employment, and I can only imagine the dinosaur program (probably) compared to the latest in technology via the Pentagon, there isn't enough money for that migraine.
