OMG Yes. This is what I have been saying for years. People definitely need more work/life balance. You donβt have to all have the same four days.. you stagger the workers so it doesnβt put a strain on the economy. I really hope this goes through!
I think this will be the next big thing that Americans will rally behind next to Marijuana being approved for use. I think Americans will greatly benefit from having more time to themselves and getting high to destress as needed.

Itβs to balanced mental health and work life. Too many people have to work too much and yeah the extra money can buy things but it canβt buy the back hours you have in life.
