  1. What's he gonna do if he got out anyway? He's been down since he was 14. He don't know how to live on the outside. He'd just get into trouble. Eff him he murdered four kids parents for nothing.

  2. Joe, studying basic grammar may assist you in your future endeavours. Your grammar is exceptionally bad my friend. "Biasness" as you said it, is not in any english dictionary buddy. The correct word is just 'bias'. For example, "He seemed to be heavily bias during the court proceedings."

  3. So you will stand up for someone who “might” have been trying to hook up with a really underage girl (he gives the same kind of excuses that all of the other ppl give when they get caught and a lot of them won’t talk overly dirty until after the first time they meet with their victim(s) since they know it could be a setup) but you refuse to even consider that a 40 year old might not be the same person who he was when he was 14 years old and since he did that (admittedly horrible crime) when he was a child of 14, when it’s known that kids don’t comprehend long term effects of their actions nor have a brain developed enough to realize the long term effects that their actions will have on others around them? Yeah, there is a possibility that that other dude wasn’t actually trying to hook up with a child and was really just trying to sell his music but meeting a child that has already shown sexual interest in a person, wants him to get her alcohol, etc throws up a ton of red flags regardless of his excuse of him trying to sell his music (he already said that he sent her his music when she first messaged him so I’m not sure why he needed to meet her to show her the same music). I will say that it’s possible his mind was mainly on getting that free phone. If there is a legitimate excuse for his actions and he’s not just trying to say whatever he can to hide his true intentions then meeting so he can get access to a free phone, while that’s still taking advantage of a minor who would be giving a stranger their phone that their parents bought for them, it would still be a lot better of a reason that meeting to hook up with a minor. But if others in that community who has said negative things about him being around their child like at that skating ring, definitely doesn’t help paint a positive picture. But that’s a grown adult making those bad (or potentially really bad) choices of meeting a minor for which ever is the actual reason.
Flipping that around, a 14 year old child did, as I said, some admittedly awful stuff. He’s been in prison for 25 years already and now is 39. He won’t be eligible for parole until he’s 54. Your telling me that spending 40 years in federal prison isn’t long enough to pay for what he did and long enough for him to mature to a level that he’s able to change? If it was an adult of 24 or older who did the same crime, I would agree that a life sentence is definitely needed. But he’s spent almost twice his life space in Prison already. He will have spent 2 years short of 3 times his lifespan in Prison when he gets the CHANCE at possibly being paroled. I can’t speak for the surviving family members since I’m sure they would likely feel different. But there’s a reason why the victims don’t get the opportunity to set the punishments since they are way more emotionally involved.
I honestly feel that he should already have the chance at parole since he’s been in Federal Prison already for 25 years. Imagine your bad choices ending up in losing all of your childhood and all of your best years on Earth to being in Prison. I’m not saying that he should just be turned loose. He will need ALOT of help adapting to life outside of prison even at this time. Waiting to parole him until he’s 54? That’s setting him up for failure. Think about all of the things that he has already missed that we all take for granted everyday. I would have thought that if anyone could feel bad for what the guy has went through, that it would be you since u have been in Prison. But I guess not. I’m sure Larry L would after all of the time he spent in Federal Prison (I can’t remember how to spell his last name since I’ve forgotten what it was but he’s Americans most well known Jewel Thief who also has a YouTube Channel but he also runs programs that helps fight injustices in our “correctional system”, programs that help youths stay away from crime, and programs that helps ppl after prison) n he didn’t spend anywhere near as long as that guy already currently has.

  4. It's difficult for most people to understand how to be objective and be a critical thinker. Joe is definitely an open minded and introspective person. Hopefully this community will follow suit. I'm so tired of people becoming outraged one way or the other.

  5. This guy wouldn't be restarting his life, he would be starting it. He's been inside since he was 14. Think of all the things he's never done and never seen. I don't see how, even if he got out at 54, he could ever succeed. If they really believe he's isn't a threat they should just transfer him to some sort of minimum security prison and let him live out his life.

  6. He deserves to be released, he lost most of his life in prison for a crime committed as a child. He definitely won't be a productive member of society but he deserves some sort of freedom after serving 25 years

  7. 3000 views ouch. i think what brought people to your channel, other than you helping people after prison, was showing prison hacks. how to tattoo, boil water etc. you could go through those things again. but i like joe does stuff. i wonder if flipping houses is paying the bills. is it worth your time. you making enough profit each year?

  8. He was a child, his brain was literally not even completly developed. He did something awful but it won't bring the victims back with him behind bars..
