6. Those who were in that area of the building didn't have a chance at surviving. It is really sad. This part of the beach on Collins Avenue is called Millionaires Row. Who would have thought that something like this could happen?

8. I'm re broker I don't even bother taking clients to buildings that were build back in 50s thru 90s. It's an embarrassment to show these neglected junk properties. Knowing level of corruption between condo association management on spending the reserve funds and city inspectors it's all a disaster waiting to happen. Hope this is a wake up call for all of us in Florida. How would you feel now residing in structure that was build in 80s? Just to give you an example my friend said his chandelier was moving during a hurricane Vilma with him residing on 17th floor. How do these properties take such abuse?
