1. Nobody talking about the Real reason corps are forcing "back to the office". Real estate. Rich managers and executives who own houses near the office don't want their homes to depreciate in value – if the peons could work from anywhere and moved away.
   This is the reason every company that put out surveys had a majority if not 95% of employees say they would prefer full time remote work. Yet the higher ups who make the decisions have a house that's the shortest commute from office buildings. Those 5% are making the decision to screw the rest of everyone else not because offices create a 'collaborative' environment. It's selfish evil greed. Force all other workers to risk a car accident every day, pollute the environment, clog traffic, and pay unaffordable rents because they're financially secure but can never have enough.

   Do those surveys again, but link responses with their address and if they own or rent a house. You'll see who the minority is that is making the call to "bring employees back" and why!

2. I live in the Atlanta area.. known as a large city in the US.. yet the public transportation system SUCKS.. It’s limited to only in parts of the city of Atlanta. What else sucks? The highway system, too, but that’s a different topic for a different day.

4. The first step is still the 1939 minimum wage act and the Social security act. We have not been paid a fair wage yet.

5. Yep, affordable, safe and enriching child care has been an issue for a long time. The movie 9 to 5 addressed that how many years ago? Yet, these multimillion dollar companies haven't given it a thought. When half of all marriages end in divorce and single women with children must work, are paid less for the same job and have had these hurdles to cross. Companies say, not my problem. Yet they have greatly benefited from women in the workplace with their unique skill sets. What women bring to the table is amazing. Look at the woman in the last book of Proverbs, she was a business woman and her profit was good. In addition, less travel for jobs that can be done remotely is very good for our environment. As far as the drug use goes, my only answer to that is a living wage, which the current minimum wage is not. People are discouraged. Working 40 or more hours for basically slave wages is a crime against humanity. F that! Of course people are checking out.
