I don’t even watch american football I watch “soccer” football but having a rule where only 1 minority is pretty wild if you ask me when most of these highly skilled athletes are African american when it comes to basketball & football. So by not having a black coach who can motivate different than white ones it’s a huge loss for teams not just the ones who are winning all the time but for all teams for lack of diversity & communication. Once again I don’t know much about american football so don’t attack this is my personal opinion.

I don’t feel sorry for him because he didn’t stand up for Colin when he told & showed the entire world that the NFL is a racist company! The NFL players don’t have any power! If these claims are with out merit why is the NFL is managed like a plantation. I'm sure it can be at least 10 or 6 NFL black coaches capable of coaching the NFL every year.

For anyone who thinks this wasn’t discrimination: let me know why, if not to satisfy a rule that at least 1 minority has to be interviewed, that a black guy would be intentionally scheduled for an interview after someone else had already gotten the job.

I don’t get it they have more black NFL players and they go all out to recruit them to play for there teams in doing so they get more experience and knowledge on how to play the game so when they retire and try to get into coaching the management doesn’t hire them even though they are more than qualified to be a head coach, it’s simple it’s WHITE PRIVILEGE and it’s just not in sports it’s everywhere from the corporate ladder to the checkout in Walmart’s, and this will never change bcoz it’s part of the WHITE CULTURE they want to be in control or have the power to control others.
