  1. All you folks that think fed pens are better then you are mistaken. Feds do go by different politics but just as much dangerous if not more than state. Either way the guards will not be able to keep them safe. They'll die either way and in my opinion they all deserve to walk the yard and get served their real sentence.

  2. You see that the judicial system is still trying their best to get the best deal they can get for these blue line upper society white racist buddies for them. My guess is this judge is one of a very few that feels the same as people of his and my generation do. All races havr the same color blood. The system has tried every way possible to get them less than they deserve for what they did.

  3. In a nearly identical scenario to Jeffrey Rosenbaum and Kyle Rittenhouse Ahmaud Arberry ran up on Travis McMichael who was forced to aim his gun at this obvious threat, that justifiable action stopped the threat momentarily until the attacker gained confidence because the defender did not open fire thus resumed his aggressive action forcing the defender to resort to deadly force!!!

some of the biggest money wasted in legal history was precipitated from mentally ill individuals rushing men who were armed and in both the McMichael and Rittenhouse scenario the individual with the gun was moving backwards throughout the entire duration of the assault

Luckily for Kyle Rittenhouse the individual who attacked him was a mentally ill Caucasian no one cared about…unfortunately for Travis the person who attacked him was a mentally ill person of color who had celebrity endorsement of the highest order

they tried to get kyle but couldent generate enough RACIAL hysteria to pull that off because everybody who attacked kyle was white🖒👈

  5. I haven't seen the evidence to support the fact they chased him to prevent him from using a public road simply because he was black. The real focus is on the State Appeal. The trial errors are numerous, harmful and substantive and prevented them from getting a fair trial. The jury were not given the proper instructions of law, and also the judge failed to admit the mental health records of Arbery which would have totally changed the case because it raises reasonable doubt. Remember the State has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and so when you have a schizophrenic, they feel they possess extraordinary powers, superhuman strength. And so that alone provides the Jury an alternate reason for why Arbery attacked a man with a shotgun. Mental illness. As a result, not guilty. Reasonable Doubt. All you need is one reasonable doubt and by law you must hold for the Defendant.

And so the case will likely be reversed and sent for retrial with the evidence, and proper jury instructions and these guys are gonna walk. If you are interested, the Judge provided the jury with misdemeanor citizen arrest law, not felony citizen arrest law. Burglary is a felony. For felonies, you can shoot a Burglar. You can shoot a man assaulting you with fists. Both are considered forcible felonies. And that is the law that had to be instructed to the Jury. When the Judge did that– the Defense essentially said "You are directing a guilty verdict for the State with that instruction your honor. He replied. I understand the ramifications Hint Hint…. you'll win on appeal but I need to do this for the boys downtown. Politics etc.

The Prosecutor even has stated Its never over, and said the Defense filed some solid motions for appeal… guess whos the head of the appeals unit? She is… the fix was in.

  6. Wow, now u guy's get it coming right back at u all enjoy your stay in Georgia pen. Remember yall wanted to just talk to that jogger with your shot guns, now yall are crying scared oh well

  7. Why are they concerned about their safety they were not concerned about Ahmaud Arbery safety or his life you did the crime now go do the time it is what it is Ahmaud Arbery didn't have a say when you all box him in and gun him down and walked away why he was dying in the street you all have some nerve judge did the right thing to reject

  8. What's the problem? They will now go on trial – they will undoubtedly be convicted, and the outcome will be the same. Federal time. Someone educate me.

  9. Fear is running deep in their soul and it should! Do the time cowards cause y'all are like the rest of the racist cowards who think they're above the law and also think they're tough until they get caught and have to serve time. So night night and keep your butthole tight pieces of trash cause y'all ain't getting it comfortable

  10. There's no reason for the McMichaels to leave state property to start serving a new sentence on federal property. They should remain on state property and continue serving until they have paid their debt to society, even if they die from old age while serving. If they live long enough to complete their sentences on state property, then and only then should they start serving out their second sentence.

  11. If McMichaels are so brave they will be just fine behind state prison walls the rest of their lives. They made that decision the minutes before they killed Ahmaud Arbury. Or not, who really cares?

  12. Life without the possibility of parole. I wonder if the father is still "proud" of the way he raised his son and the outcome of that. He's a young man. All 3 of them got what that deserved.

  13. I'm thinking the son is laying the foundation for his father to die peacefully in a safer prison then he can go and face the rest of his time not fearing whatever happens to him.
    Ahmaud had no choice!
The system should get the daughter/sister for disrespect Ahmaud's remains by posting photos of his defenseless body in social media.
    Get her!

  14. They should have gotten the death penalty, along with with others that choose to kill someone. An eye for an eye. All that sentence means is free room and board, and food.

Luckily for Kyle Rittenhouse the individual who attacked him was a mentally ill Caucasian no one cared about…unfortunately for Travis the person who attacked him was a mentally ill person of color who had celebrity endorsement of the highest order despite being on probation when he committed an act commonly prosecuted as a felony in the state of Georgia
