  1. Tired of black Americans crying racism. He's lucky if he gets a high school coaching job he should have kept his mouth shut some team would have hired him.

  2. Makes no sense to complain about the ongoings of what someone does in their own house, Black and Brown folk need their own house, might have to start out on a smaller scale and work towards something bigger, much like Ice Cubes Big 3, why can't J, Puffy, Dre, ect do the same ? Working with the HBCUs could really help too, you may disagree but offer a better solution to the white preference of NFL Owners…..The solution is not for those White owners to change, they won't and they shouldn't have to, the solution is for rich Black and Brown folk to own a league of their own. I understand Flores highlighting the issue's but ultimately, Black and Brown ownership is the solution.

  3. he should be banned from entering any football field , he thre his x coach and owner under the bus .. belichick never told him anything concrete he only told him he may not be the winner of the final pick..

  4. Maybe the white coach was more qualified.
The NBA pays black players more than it pays white players. Is the NBA racist or do the black players do a better job?

  5. In the early 60's about 30% percent of NFL players were black and by the mid 60's racial discrimination was addressed (rightfully so) and in the early 70's more qualified black players were added to team rosters, and continued to rise thereafter. Today 73% percent of players are black in the NFL and now we are using the racial card because there are not enough black coaches and owners? Coaches have been fired for less achievement and progression than what Flores has done with the Dolphins so far, so not sure what the real motivation is. To use the race card in this matter, is just simply racist itself. You want to be hired? Be the best, it doesnt matter who you are or what color your skin is. And if you want to own a franchise, be prepared to cough up 3 to 6 billion dollars, because it will certainly not just be handed to anyone who feels their skin color deserves it.

  6. nobody asked if the black candidates are more qualified then the white candidates…?

the only question asked is, “are they black or not”.

Being black doesn’t make you qualified. And there are many coaches with winning records who have been let go, as winning the super bowl, not games is all that matters

  7. Nobody becomes a millionaire or billionaire by working for others and depending on them, good Investment breed millions of dollars and consistency breed billions
