iOS will always appeal to the general public who wants to use the phone right out of the box with no additional changes besides adding new apss to the screen. Talking about older adults and young teenagers.

Android is really nice but my iPhone SE gen 2 will receive updates for longer time, also I really ove the ways I can interact with my MacBook and iPad, finally there’s a couple of apps I really need and those apps doesn’t work well on Android, I mean you can use them but crash often or struggle to refresh
That’s what Android people don’t understand. iPhone users are not buying it for the iOS not hardware, it’s for the whole walled garden echo system!

All New Android Smartphones Chipsets are just not up to the mark so much of heating issues whether its exynos or 8gen 1 so much performance drop and throttling issues ! On the other Hand apple with A13 And 14 none even comes close to its performance ! Apple is And A14 just nailed it .

People are too integrated with the OS they are using to flippantly change. Apple and Google have done a good job of entrenching their user bases. I'd bet that 80% of users would never switch and the other 20% probably can barely dial out using their existing phone or they are only looking at price point so "whatever is on sale" is their next phone.
advantages with ios? i cant name one! with the otg adapter in the video, you literally can connect anything with it! when i want to backup my phone, i just plug in my external harddisk and transfer what i choose to! in other words – one of the only things i CANT do is opening an .exe file (of course).. if you dont like something about android, just change it!
I’ve had both and what he doesn’t talk about is how heavy android softwares are. The reason Apple doesn’t need to put the most up to date software in their phones is because (I believe) they have perfected their software by being as light as possible

Some users can’t switch due to how deep they went into the ecosystem. For example, I have thousands of photos in my iPhone, and by switching to Android makes me lose my Live Photo capability, Portrait mode and most of my photos are HEIF format.
I went to a iPhone because it take forever for a update to come. Yes I was happy about customizing my home screen and all, but the iPhone even though they have the same interface that phone never lag and very smooth. I still got my Note 20 Ultra and Android 12, but it didn’t excite me at all.
You are comparing just one aspect of phones. Design aesthetics.
Could you compare the following?
1. User experience
2. Day to day usability
3. Hardware quality
4. Software updates
5. Integration with services
6. Longevity
You know you have to change the video title if you compare these aspects.
Something like, "Android 12 is here and why should you stick to iOS regardless?"
Android will never amount to the user experience we get on iOS simply because apps are never optimised for it due to having hundreds if not thousands of models being used out there. It is just impossible for developers to do so. You may have the flagship of a certain brand now and get the good stuff but 1 year down the road you will start to see how bad apps are optimised because your model isn’t the flagship anymore.
Switched to iOS after being on android for years and I’m not going to tell you it’s a HUGE difference. It’s almost the same but what I get now are perfectly optimised version of the apps I use and also great battery life.
Android will never have this due to it being open source and every single brand uses its system but have heavily customised it to their own brand. I doubt I will ever go back.
Also how android comes with pre installed apps that you cant delete is pretty shitty. On iOS I can delete any of their official apps if I don’t want it.
Um..they shouldn't? Android 12 is a hot mess, especially on the Pixels. There's never been a better time to jump ship to iOS.
Ive dabbled between ios and android for years but always go back to ios, i have both android and ios but i think its more me being preferenced to ios with me having the apple watch and airpods pro and iPad.
