  1. Why those guys keep building wooden houses that are prop on top of a concrete floor in hurricane areas ? So stupid .

Build a house ingrained into foundation if it’s wooden or a bricks or stone houses.

  2. I understand that everything in life isn't about material items but I know that's gotta hurt seeing everything gone. 🙏🏾 May all impacted bounce back as quickly as they can & my condolences to the families & friends of those who lost their lives.

  3. WTF? I've been through tons of tropical storms and hurricanes, including Michael
I'm sorry, but tropical storms do not do that much damage.
Manufactured weather, as was Michael and many more.

  4. America can wage war and create chaos in the world but it cannot deal with climate change. It can't help prevent or diminish its effects, it can't implement the necessary infrastructure to weather the weather, it lacks all the social safety nets to help its population. Everything for the rich and nothing for the people is not a sustainable policy. America is in steep decline.

  5. You would think by now that people in these areas would make houses more sturdy and out of materials that can weather a storm. Yet we repeat the same cycle every year.

  6. Prayers to all my neighbors..🙏🏽🙏🏽 from NJ USA 🇺🇸.. love & blessings .. RIP to all that passed .. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😥

  7. Stop building houses out of wood.

Yes, they are cheaper to build and or re-build.. But is that worth the time and effort, or possibly your life?

  8. What a terrible tragedy. Loss of a home is hard, but all of those young lives gone, is truly devastating. Please pray for all of them 😞♥️🙏♥️

  9. Dude. With everything that’s been going on the last year I’m really thankful to live somewhere that never gets bad/dangerous weather. I can’t imagine losing everything in a storm. Prayers for the families.
