  1. looking at video black man in white sweater as cops see it once you put your hands or fist on another instead of just hate words your guilty just watch the video cops moved in doing a job that's all

  2. And as they were handcuffing the black teen-the other teen gets up & stands over them. Imagine if a black teen had done that. They would have shot him & then proclaimed that they felt threatened!

  3. Most New Jersey town cops are like jackbooted thugs and act like Judge Dredd "I am the law".Penns Grove has had their share,One of the states I refuse to visit.

  4. You better SUE SUE SUE. I sued the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department and the Alameda police department for unlawful detainments (one for street preaching across the street of a woman's jail and the other one for recording police activity in the neighborhood), I got settlements out of those incidents.

  5. You people are so desperate that you will put the future of this country on a dispute between two juveniles OK let’s be childish here’s the facts when the officers arrived one individual involved Complied with what the police said the other did not it’s that simple a child could understand it how’s that?

  6. There were 3 officers. 2 aggressively pulled the white kid off the other. One cop tackled the other. The white kid was being handled by one officer and appeared to completely submit. The black kid appeared to initially resist, but that's questionable. Looked more to me that he was in the middle of aggression with the fight and it spilled over to when he was tackled by police. Looked like he was 100% cooperative once he realized what was going on. Then responding to what was going on with the black kid, the other officer left the other kid and went to help the other officer. She could have thought he was resisting and didn't know for sure and just went off what her partner was doing. But the difference is 2 different people handling their person differently. They absolutely have to be investigated, but it cannot be expected that both of them handle their person identically. Nobody could do that. Full context is extremely important. It looks like there should be some disciplinary action taken with the officers, but it doesn't look anything like racial. The second they appeared to have full control, it deescalated immediately. Law enforcements initial response is always going to be more aggressive with any person that appears to still be fighting. The male cop needs some training and discipline. The female officer appeared to handle things pretty well.

  7. This shows how blacks are treated differently. These officers were being consistent with what happens nationwide! If they were two white teens, they both would be sitting and if they were two black teens they both would be handcuffed and manhandled!

  8. Just a few years ago, in Southern California, I was standing at an ATM waiting to draw some cash and there was a guy who is not African American who was standing behind me. Being a person who tries to relate to and get along with everyone, I turned around to have what I thought was going to be a friendly conversation and then the guy starts telling me that he kills nig….and then he gets up in my face calling me a nig.. daring me to do something about it. Just then a State Police Officer happened to pull up to the ATM Drive Through Window and I go over to tell the officer about what just happened. The guy I had this encounter with yells out "He's lying!" to the officer from a distance where the guy could not hear what I was saying to the officer. The officer then says to me :"Just ignore him!" If it had been the other way around it definitely wouldn't have been the same.
