We are grossly misinformed about generation of electricity. It is not necessary to use wind water or steam to generate electricity. Tesla bound the generator with magnets and sold the country on Hydroelectric power. Edison power plants can equal these power plants without fuel or wind or water. The primary generators use magnets to move the generator coils and armature magnets wind fuel and water are not needed.
Air conditioner should be low cost to operate and the power should be low cost. This is the infrastructure change that has been required by Treaties instituted by scientists to initiate survival and have been on the shelf 50 years. Zero fuel power plants and zero current air-conditioning. Edison generators and dynamos easily replace fossil fuels and nuclear power plants.
