  1. I’m surprised to see so many people saying it wasn’t an accident. The alternative is that he did it on purpose. Why on earth would he murder this woman for no reason? Doesn’t make sense. This was a terrible accident….

  2. NEVER, leave a gun in your hands, unchecked. It does NOT MATTER, who says it is clear or not. ALWAYS CHECK!!!! This is one of the most BASIC safety rules. He admits that they are taught that it is okay for to point a gun at someone and “not pull the trigger”. NO. You do NOT POINT A GUN AT ANYONE OR ANYTHING you do not want to kill or destroy.
I am a young girl and I know and practice these safety procedures. He is a full grown, older man. There is no excuse here. -and he SERIOUSLY was not only pointing a gun at a human, but a gun that he did not PERSONALLY CHECK AND CLEAR, but he did so for a prolonged period, and he let the hammer go while it was pointed at her?!!??? I am in such disbelief…. How tragic…

  3. Prayers and condolences to the Family. I cant imagine how the murderer, Alec Baldwin, is still allowed to roam the streets. He should have been locked up ages ago, but now remains a dangerous threat upon society.

  4. Baldwin says: "HE didn't pull the trigger. It accidentally discharged"? What a load of crap! He was holding a revolver. You have to PULL the trigger HARD for it to eject the bullet. If it were a semi-automatic 9mm then I would give him some leeway but it is impossible for a revolver to go off accidentally. That being said, he never asked the person who gave him the gun to double-check it for real bullets! Sue him and his crew!!!

  5. One Alex Baldwin should had said hey let's make sure this gun safe. There was live amo found on the set after this happen. How does he explained that. To say she said do this or that doesn't excuse him firing the weapon.

  6. Guns aren't human. They can't fire themselves. He pointed the gun and shot her point blank without checking to see if by chance it's loaded. He doesn't care he's making another movie as if he needs the money

  7. FROM THE SOURCE – ZT 10/31/2021: Was Baldwin ordered to shoot Halyna Hutchins to silence her? This is obvious, as there was no reason for him to point and shoot the prop gun. They were not filming the movie at that time, and it is standard procedure to double check the bullets if that is to occur. The crew that loaded the live bullets is complicit too, but Baldwin was fully aware and complicit. She was to be a witness against Clinton associates and had already given testimony to Durham et al. Halyna’s murder is also a warning to others not to talk.

  8. This is ludicrous. Have an actor check the prop for real bullets?? What the crap?!?! It's a PROP. Not his fault. Definitely the fault of the director! Not sure why no one is placing blame on him for the shoddy set. Partially Gutierrez's fault who's job it was to make sure it is a prop . A prop gun should never have real bullets and real bullets should never be on the set. He has to live with her dying isn't that enough? I cant believe this insanity.

So sorry for the family's loss. Hope they sue the right people and those who are truly guilty would have to make amends

  9. Alec (the Clinton Hitman) Baldwin took out the WIFE of the lawyer that is whistleblowing on her to Durham. Look up the names. Russia Hoax people are going down and the Clinton hitlist is growing.

  10. Director: Ok Alec, the next scene is a Russian roulette scene, spin the chamber point it at your head and shoot, here's the gun.
    Director: Ok! ACTION!!!
Director: Alec what are you doing, the gun is empty.
Alec: I'm just making sure it's empty.

  11. According to gun experts, that type of gun requires that it be (a) cocked and (b) trigger pulled. TWO complete actions. The assertion that the gun magically went through this two step process on its own, is ludicrous.

  12. Good!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I hope they get ALL dudes $$. That man is guilty. But becuz🙄he’s a “star” he won’t ever go to prison. Of course.

  13. 1. There is no such thing as an unpreventable accident.res ipsa loquitur 2. Keep your finger out of the trigger guard until you shoot.3. Do not point your firearm at anything or anyone you are not ready and willing to destroy.🚩🚩🚩🚩ALEC BALDWIN🚩 was literally caught with the smoking gun in his hands after a negligent homicide due to a negligent discharge from failing to check for live ammo!🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩ALEC BALDWIN'S NEGLIGENCE: Baldwin is not the victim! Halyna Hutchins was the victim.🚩 He literally was caught with the smoking gun in his hands! She is not his daughter, wife, or mother who died!🚩You can die from disease or homicide. The victim did not die of a disease. It was not a justifiable homicide of self-defense. It was not the homicide of suicide. It is claimed it was not a murder of deliberate suicide. That only leaves negligent homicide.🚩 If one of us did as he did, we'd be in jail or on our way to prison. Alec Baldwin should have been indicted for negligent homicide the day it happened. The cart did not aim or fire the weapon. If the cart were unattended for 120 seconds, much less 120 minutes a shell could have been loaded, but it was not an inanimate object which aimed and cocked the firearm. That Baldwin was not indicted immediately shows there is no such thing as equal justice for all. Alec Baldwin is Hollywood royalty who is assumed to be immune and privileged!!!! There is no such thing as an unavoidable accident. There is only NEGLIGENCE! IT DID NOT MISFIRE. No one but Baldwin pointed the weapon and dropped the hammer. IT WAS FIRED NEGLIGENTLY!! STOP THE MINIMIZING AND JUSTIFYING OF Alec Baldwin!🚩*^*^*

  14. I've said from the moment this incident broke news that it seems awfully suspicious that such a open proponent of gun control, one who has enough experience with guns to know better, accidentally shot someone. This really seems like sabotage to me and possibly a message being sent from someone about his political stance towards firearms but who really knows until the "facts" are all presented. The worst part about it is that professional liars (actors) are involved and we really may never know the truth and regardless of what unfolds, a family has tragically lost a mother at such a young age and over something so stupid as using functional firearms for a make-believe story to be told.

  15. Baldwin is innocent. What if the director handed him a "stick of dynamite" for a robbery scene and told him to light it? Or asked him to drink a "green bottle of poison" with a skull on it? Of course any rational person would assume that's a prop. Nobody would say, "Now wait here a sec–have you handed me a real stick of TNT?" Or "Before I sip from this green bottle, is this real poison?" Of course not. It's entirely reasonable for him to assume that what he is handed on a movie set will always be a safe prop. Gun enthusiasts are looking at this too much from a gun safety standpoint here. Baldwin was hired as an actor and not a safety expert. Nothing on that movie set or any item used on it is his responsibility. The family is suing the wrong person–try the armorer instead!

  16. Baldwin accepting the gun from the A.D. was reckless; taking someone's word for the status of a gun is extremely stupid and dangerous;; pointing then firing an unchecked .45 at a young mom, from two feet away, is inconceivable.

  17. Definitely a tragic accident. But this was irresponsible. No one should ever shoot a gun without checking for themselves that it’s not loaded. Would he have taken someone’s word that it wasn’t loaded and done the same to one of his kids?
    ***IRRESPONSIBILITY****
I’m sorry this happened but a grown man his age with a huge family should know better.
He is not above the law.

  18. A police officer shoots a suspect by mistake and did not mean to, was accidental and proven in court to be accidental. yet the cop is in prison for manslaughter. This was a situation under sever stress as a suspect was fighting cops and trying to flee. Stressful situation. Alec Baldwin on the other hand was playing around, not under any kind of stress like a physical fight for life and fleeing. And his actions also resulted in accidental death. Then he gets to walk free from criminal prosecution, but public safety officers go to jail. Both Manslaughter, Both accidental, One is a cop. one is a activist liberal actor with all the media popular politics. SO you folks tell me why Alec Baldwin is still walking around like he didn't do anything wrong??

  19. GOOD. MULTIPLE safety violations on that set. Stop circling the wagons around this arrogant elitist. His status as an actor should be of no significance here. Any one of us would have already been charged with involuntary manslaughter. Looking forward to criminal charges being filed.

  20. It may have been a tragic accident but it was rather inappropriate of George Stephanopoulos to describe it as such in that ABC interview last year. He was essentially absolving Alec Baldwin of any blame even as the case is being investigated.
