6. Remington did not settle. Remington has been sold off, and no longer exists. The insurance companies are the ones who settled this lawsuit. Its stupid and ignorant. But this is the world we live in. You hear them say it's not about the money. Yet, they are going to take the money.

27. It's about time the manufacturers are held accountable for marketing these weapons. We go after drug growers, their supply chain, etc. We also held cigarette companies accountable. This is no different.

NEVER FORGET: "Father" Robbie Parker's fake acting in a "press conference" a day later at the school (for some bizarre reason), fake hyperventilating to "get emotional" for the camera for what amounted to the worst crocodile years ever seen over supposedly the loss of his daughter who lay behind him in the school plastered with bullet holes (allegedly).. Yep.. never forget.

30. So since I'm a relative of a slave can I sue the gun companies because those guns were used to enslave my relatives? What about the manufacturers of the whips and the ropes used.     That gun was legally purchased by the shooter's mother it was kept in a safe he killed her then he took the gun it's not the weapons fault it's the shooter's fault.

    Any more than if say a deranged lunatic drove a Ford escape through a parade route killed some people makes that Fords fault.
