I know Tim and Amy personally and I think she's right, he's not that guy anymore.
So, did this dude get released in 2015? At the end of the episode, the fading text said he was eligible for parole in 2015.
When is his parole? I know this year but when will we find if he is approved?
There are tons of people like her living next door to their next victims and all they would say is "He never hurt me, I'm so surprised".
