21. I have been taking my dogs to the same veterinarian for sixteen years. My usual method of payment is a check. After all these years, they still request a photo ID when I write a check, and it doesn't bother me one bit. There is no reason why every American CITIZEN who is registered to vote cannot produce photo ID! Thank you, Senator Manchin, for doing the right thing.
