   1. Set legal immigration numbers to those that allow us to meet all environmental goals (unless you don't think climate change is caused by humans?).
   2. Give all illegal immigrants 6 months to leave. After that when they are caught they will be identified and face a lifetime ban on entry. Any nation not taking their citizens back will have their entire population mmediately be banned from entry. If that doesn't work we can stop all trade with that country.
   3. End the anchor baby abuses of the 14th. Illegals are clearly not under our jurisdiction. Their kids are not citizens.
   4. Any felony conviction, any 2 misdemeanor convictions, any 5 arrests without convictions or any gang affiliation of any nature is an immediate deportation for immigrants.
   5. No means tested welfare programs for 20 years.
   6. All work visa holders must show a true shortage of workers in that field by full analysis. The employer is subject to any medical or other costs that the worker doesn't pay themselves. A bond must be in place to insure they leave on time.
   7. End all asylum and refugee programs. Replace them with full sponsorship programs that require full bonds that guarantees that person won't cost taxpayers a cent.
