1. Considering she shouldn’t have been convicted at all by the law itself; it’s astonishing they have a problem with it.

   Judge was upset having to send an innocent women to jail.
   She was negligence not reckless. Negligence wasn’t criminal.

32. Discretion should not be in a court of law without a policy. If, the judges are going to use discretion in a murder case. Then the word discretion, needs to be a court policy. with language: How a judge can/ and Can not use discretion. However I know discretion is place in the judges code of conduct. But it is not a court policy ! Most discrepancies are used for citations not major murder cases. However if, the judges are going to use their discretion in high profile murder cases
    The judges commissioners need to create a separate policy from the code of conduct
    So, discretion will not supersede the sentencing guidelines of the law. . . Doesn't it make more sense

34. This decision by this judge is absolutely fear because the victim who caused the actions of the officer which was an mistake that caused the death of the victim so by looking at the case the officer actions caused by the victim.

35. It was an accident. Daunte Wright was thug who should not have resisted arrest.

37. Mistake is a sad joke. No one mistakes their gun for a taser, especially when its already in your hand. Should have gotten 10 years minimum.
