Im so glad that the news asks questions that many of us would have already asked ourselves.It is quite possible that after over a year of the same cycle of locking down then letting out, that people can figure out without the "experts" exactly what the experts would say COULD happen.After all this im sure I dont mind if someone takes a calculated risk and gets sick and lives or dies.Im good with that.We do it in cars, on jet skies, airplanes, walking through town, and climbing ladders and working with dangerous tools at work and have been every single day for a very ling time.Every action has a possible risk associated with it and death is often among those risks.It is possible that very many Americans who traveled on the holiday didnt get sick and didnt die.It is very likely that the overwhelming majority of people who may have gotten sick with their calculated risk dodnt die and wont die of covid.It is absolutely guaranteed that people who followed all the recomendations and masked up, washed their hands and limited contact with others died in car wrecks in the same time period.Nothing to fear here, traffic will be much better and the rush to travel wont be as bad if covid is ever what the news has made it.

it's interesting that they report that travel is safe ie airplanes have good ventilation… it appeared to me that traveling in airplanes triggered surges especially first and last surges… inside airplane the air is still shared and I dont know filters work when planes are stationary
