Though peace talks between Russia and Ukraine Thursday were unsuccessful, Russia did agree to allow for humanitarian corridors for Ukrainian civilians to evacuate cities under fire.

As has been noted, Ukraine Nazis have been sniping their fellow Ukrainians as they try to flee as they did during the Maidan coup of 2014 and the siege of the Donbass for 8 years. As well, the Nazis have placed weapons systems next to apartment buildings, schools, hospitals etc.to use as shields and blame Russia when civilians are killed. They have also laid thousands of land mines. Do the fucking math? The US's use of shock and in Iraq 2003 left an exponentially higher number of dead and wounded civilians.

Russia agreeing to provide a Humanitarian Corridor for Ukrainians to leave after bombing their town is Very Noble for a country that will descend to any depth to maintain dominance and control of the region.
