1. I watched a video just the other day. except the mother killed the child because the father got joint custody. you really can't take an individual situation and make it a set standard. I think if parents divorce. both should take lie detector tests for any kind of abuse. if one fails. they should go under psychiatric evaluation.

3. It’s monsters like this who give we good fathers dealing with the biased family court system a bad name. Sure, crank down on the true monsters— but don’t crank down on an otherwise good father who has been falsely accused of being abusive. Their whole mission in the 3 years I’ve been dealing with them is not to seek to bring peace between mother and father in the best interest of the children, but to drive them even farther apart, to divide families for profit. Yes, it’s all about money! That’s why they sucker people into getting sucked into a system whereby lawyers and courts and bail bonds determine everything, for a hefty fee of course. Everything is about money! If they really wanted to see families SAFELY and SUCCESSFULLY reunited enough to work together peacefully on behalf of the kids, they wouldn’t force fathers to pay $100 just to visit their kids for 45 minutes at a Safe House which is very much like visiting someone in jail. They would develop free programs to assist with family transition as well as healing and reunification. They wouldn’t force the father to pay money he doesn’t have just to see his children, and then hold it against him for not visiting them! Especially when said father has instead opted to save the money which would have been spent on temporary jail-like visitation in order to pay for the lawyer and court fees required to fight for unsupervised visitation rights!

4. You can bet that a good father who loves his kids and wants to spend more than a few days a month will get " he is an abuser" from the ex wife – and will be permanently separated from his kids. A man will never be treated fairly in child custody or visitation rights. Men need to know the laws before he agrees to starting a family. It's all kept secret.

5. This is what is happening me and my child. New Judge, no back ground in family issues. Denied all of my witnesses and even chuckled with my ex's attorney about not admitting any of my evidence. I was asked if my ex every physically struck me and that was all that he wanted to hear. After that he gave visitation to my ex who is extremely abusive and neglectful. I have an attorney now but it hasn't helped much. We are stuck in a state where we don't have anyone but her biological father. He legally bonded us here. Our system is so broken. If the Judge would have at least listened to one of my witnesses I don't think that I would be here writing this.

I've been dealing with these monsters for over 4 years now and haven't seen my child/ best friend for over a year. been all the way through Michigan Supreme Court and currently dealing with US DISTRICT, which is pointless because the entire process is an unconstitutional joke and a coup d'etat against our democracy. I'm ready for civil war or to bring back public executions. Im guessing they'll start showing a little respect for the law once they no longer have immunity for acts of treason and genocide.

7. this isnt about mothers vs fathers this is about the law. when a judge is told to require supervision visitation the least he can do is look into it

8. Really this is the only issue with family court? Many males don’t even get to see their children but yet this is the biggest issue? What about the stupid policies regarding child support and alimony?

11. I remember when this happened. The judge in this case should retire or be disbarred. It makes me sick you cannot due a judge no matter what they do. They have no consequences ever for their poor and deadly decisions.

12. These family court tyrants don't have the power folks think they do. Fortunately we have 2A to help us remove tyrants from politics. The attorneys are in on it as well.

13. BTW, our child aged out and a DV judge heard a full trial and sided with our now adult child. The general sessions judge issued an order of protection against the father. VICTORY 💪

14. We both went through MMPI2, Taylor-Johnson and 16PF which found father to have multiple issues severe enough that "improvement would be desirable" and mine came out very positive…guess what? Made NO difference! No counseling was ever ordered for him and he got 40% "timesharing". Our child went through 6 years of trauma therapy bc of this. Sick! Father had the $$ and connections. All i had were facts, evidence and a traumatized child.

15. If no evidence is required, custody will go to whichever party makes an accusation, and other factors will be considered only if neither or both make an accusation. Making a false accusation will then be the only way to protect oneself from false accusations. Only when both parties have tremendous trust in each other will there be no accusations. Obviously, if both parties had tremendous trust in each other, they wouldn't be in family court. As a result, lawyers will have no choice but to advise all clients in family court cases that not making an accusation will guarantee defeat. Only the reckless will fail to make accusations.

    In cases as emotionally important as these, people will go very far in order to win. If they think lying is necessary, they'll lie; if they think (in this case, rightly) everyone is doing it, they'll lie. There's no way to get around the requirement for evidence.

16. The legal system is a for profit…none is treated fairly and none is immune due to the money involved…that's all they care about the all mighty dollar. If you look around Walmart the busiest department store in the country., out of the 1.5 children per reproductive female how many do you see??? Are they all baking to death in a hot car or have every last one been abducted??? What is the point of collecting pieces of paper if you dont have family??? I dont see the point in all of this… they are like packrats that like pieces of paper… that's all it is…a piece of paper…

17. This is not a male of female problem (estranged mothers killed kids as well in abuse situations). The courts are a major part of the problem due to their unfairness (siding with the female 75% of the time for no reason whatsoever) and legislation. Concentration should be placed on the child, and the child’s needs (both parents equally). Remove the individual parent-needs component. Remove the word custody from the law; relating to a family divorce or separation in the court system.

18. The No Fault divorce is a travesty of justice for children. It is an excuse for a lazy judicial system that is only interested in clearing dockets. No fault hides the underlying rot in a family and then lays the burden on the children who must bear the full weight of a parent who never really cared.

19. Why would we need a law requiring judges to be qualified for their job? And it's one of the most important jobs in our country.
