  1. Maybe if they stopped paying comedians 50 million for a crappy 2 hour stand up special we wouldn’t have to pay the increased price😑

  2. If they want to effectively end their service this is the way to do it. Everything they had that was really good is now on other, better streaming services. So they will simply drop this one and that’s the end for Netflix. They were a big deal when they were the only one, but the other services have become bigger and better. Netflix is the poor cousin so if that’s what they want to do, go for it. They can cut their own throats

  3. Netflix must be really feeling some pinch amid ever stiffer competition and inflation, yet, my guess is that Netflix still has the arrogance of feeling dominant enough in the business, in order to make a move like this. Otherwise, telling people to suddenly stop doing what may well have made your company popular to begin with, comes across as self-defeating. Indeed, Mona may well be right that Netflix "looked the other way" for "quite a while now" possibly to lure in as many users as possible to its service, and hence, grow as a business. Still, the fact remains that they had done so for many years, and apparently did not see it as a threat, as opposed to an asset, until now.

  4. Netflix is okay but honestly between the 4 people I share it with we only watch maybe 10 episodes per month of shows.

They are getting nearly as bad as the cable company. Why do the even offer a 480p option it's like a duck you to poor people. Give them 720p at least what is this 1984?

Probably going to cancel this month. Cheaper to buy the blueray of anything I want to watch.

  5. BS story because Netflix does not have the technology to monitor this accurately. Case in point: Netflix is mobile platform. I own a summer cottage in addition to my primary residence, if Netflix thinks I will be paying for 2 accounts, they can pound dirt. So try to prove what constitutes a "household".

  6. Netflix better shut the hell up. We are all struggling. We need something to take our minds off of everything that is going on. Let me pay for my subscription and hook my entire family up.

  7. 51 out of 78 comments visible to US, that's 27 prohibited comments 33%. My trust in MSM and big tech is well below that 33%

  8. You don't get to do the news anymore. Remind us how "everything" is Trump's fault losers! Russian Operative. LMAO. You lost all credibility, and we are watching you FAIL. We Love it. LOSERS! You would triple your viewership if you did real news like investigate that lying cheating Hillary. Russian Operative. Losers all of you who Hate Trump. You didn't give the man a chance because of "ALL" the horrific and TRAITORIST lies. He hurt your wittle feelwings.

  9. I'll get rid of Netflix of they keep raising my rate. I've been a customer for over 14 years and I have had more then 5 increased rates from them. I use to get Netflix when Noone even knew what it was and it came in the mail
