  1. If women want to equal pay, start by doing equal work. Lift that 30 lb box, just like your job description says. Work the same overtime that a man does. Show up on time and don't leave early. Don't call out from work 2-3 days each and every month.

  2. As far as women and all their yelling about equality.

When was the last time you ever saw a "cart girl" at -10 below at any shopping center?

When was the last time you ever had Jane the "Roto-Rooter girl" cleaning your drains?

When was the last time you ever had Lilly-the "cable girl" fixing your cable or dish?

When was the last time you saw "Pam the Plumbs"-crack, bent under your sink?

When was the last time you ever saw Sally the power company gal climbing a power pole?

On and on you get the picture. They only want the pay, not all the job opportunities that are available! .

  3. Businesses should welcome this news. It’s very easy to fix and it frees up some capital as well.

Just lower the men’s pay to be equal to the alleged women’s lower pay and …….everyone wins !! 🤪🤪🤪

Except for the men ..…. but who cares about them ….. until after they leave and go to work for a competitor …….
    😂

  4. Let's say there is a job called "Sand Shoveler" and the job requires a person to move a pile of sand from one area to another using a shovel. If one person can move their pile of sand quicker than the other person, then the person who moves the pile of sand quicker should get paid more. The same job title does not mean the same amount of work produced.

  5. Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

  6. And other networks that after the election of the Democratic President women's pay was cut 40% by the Democratic party inflationary policy it's wonderful to get equal pay that is completely worthless to shop for to feed a family an African-American mother who's making now less money than she did doing the other president who was in power the Republican one actually 2% less if ABC and the other in that networks so on this month let's remember how the Democratic party destroyed the wages of poor African-American women Latinos and people of color and even those white shirts that's the problem with the Democratic party the LIE keeps on lying to so lying keeps on lying but there's hope for your wages even go lower keep the Democratic party the racist anti-semitic ones in power and watch the one 10% Olagers racist Democrats profit from racism anti-semitism oh women this is your month congratulations on your poverty your hard work and here is your reward 40% pick up while one and 10% of Hollywood friends and New York buddies you know the robber barons the other guards and oligars doubled and tripled their money I'm sorry there's no hope for the women because the s*** eating the Republicans on eating Democrat feces but Mr Budden likes to go to to the Asian massage parlors that he went to last year where human trafficking gets his approval the same human trafficking that is in the Ukraine those are Mr Biden oligars who pay his family millions and millions of dollars

  7. “I have a dream where my children are judged based of their individuality” – Martin Luther King, Jr. You shouldn’t get paid more because of gender, but on how much effort you put in.

  8. Are we going to do a multi-variate analysis on this? Are we going to look at the types of jobs people CHOOSE? Are we going to look at hours work, which was supported but BLS.gov AND Harvard? Stop with the propaganda. All of this schooling and people still can't do basic statistics.
