  1. It's time for China to hire Pilipino pilots one of the best commercial pilots in the world/multi tasking and reliable to handle in emergency situation

  2. FYI: A suspected wreckage piece, 1.3 meters long and 10 cm at its widest, was also found in farmland around 10 km away west from the crash site, said Zheng Xi, head of the fire brigade of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

  3. It’s such a tragedy… you can’t see any passengers but actually they’re everywhere, in the soil, on the trees, even in your breath, because they’re in ashes or in the air 🙁

  4. Just feel like it’d be very rare for a Chinese person to commit suicide this way. But anything could happen tho. Just an intuition and personal opinion.

  5. Pilots of the MU5735:
    1. Captain: Yang Hongda, 32, had 6709 flight hours, the son of another China Eastern captain, had a 1-year-old daughter.
2 First officer: Zhang Zhengping, 59, a pilot for 40 years, had 31769 flight hours. Trained by Boeing in Seattle for 8 months, became a Captain 3 years later. He had trained more than 100 pilots at China Eastern Airlines, including the Captain Yang. He was expected to retire this year.
    3. Second officer: Ni Gongtao, 27, had 556 flight hours.

  6. No survivors?! You mean to tell me that NO ONE survived an almost 30,000 foot plane crash at 432MPH?! What is this world coming to?!

  7. 20 Years On:
Timeline of NATO's War Against Yugoslavia
The NATO bombing of Yugoslavia began on 24 March 1999 and ended 11 weeks later, on 10 June.

According to various sources, up to 2,500 people died and over 6,000 were injured during the military campaign….
