Is their home listed as historic? Being a Victorian home you would think they have to follow standards for perservation. Easy fix. Report them. Have the city come in and clean it up for them and do the neighborhood a favor by getting rid of a giant fire mound

This is the problem with Hoarder. They need to get the couples therapy and actually get them into the MINDSET of wanting to clean up BEFORE shooting the episode. Of course they're not gonna get any progress with them still wanting to hoard, and I'm 100% positive they filled back up the one room they cleared out.
That's a bg pile of garbage.
People like this would make me walk away and say forget it, live in filth.
