If Brown would have listened to the police he would still be alive today and serving 10-15 years on drug charges at the expense of tax payers.

    Long story short, Brown was a parasite feeding on troubled youth by selling them drugs and strong arm robbing folk while alive. In death he will continue to be a drain on society, after his family walks away with a 27 million dollar payoff courtesy of the taxpayers..
